Circus Mews is a two bedroom mews which sleeps four in possibly the most characterful cobbled mews lanes in Edinburgh.

Welcoming

On your first night you’ll find a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit waiting for you, so there’s no need to do anything but settle in and enjoy. You can even order continental breakfast in advance and we’ll put it in the fridge for you.

If there’s anything you need, the owners are a phonecall away.

Stunning Location

Circus Mews is quietly situated in the Georgian New Town of Edinburgh, within walking distance of the city centre. The property forms part of a picturesque, cobbled mews lane, with little passing traffic. Behind the lane is Royal Circus, with terraces of splendid town houses and beautiful wooded gardens. To the north is the delightful ‘village’ of Stockbridge, with its thriving bohemian atmosphere and excellent local shops, pubs and restaurants.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The entrance hallway leads to the south facing open plan sitting room with flat screen Freeview TV, DVD, wifi and a library of books, films and music. The dining area has a table which seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet the criteria set by Visit Scotland for 4-star accreditation and with the specialist grocery stores surrounding you in Stockbridge, no-one will be surprised if you’re tempted to cook up a storm.

Stairs from the hall lead to the basement level with two double bedrooms and a well-fitted modern bathroom. It is possible to have four single beds or one double and two singles instead of two double beds if you prefer. 

Getting Here

Stockbridge is 25 mins drive from Edinburgh Airport. Both city train stations - Waverley and Haymarket – are a 5 minute taxi ride away. Location map.
